At JustPressPlayOnline, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all apparel in original condition. Simply ensure all tags are attached and the items are unworn to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn fashion items back into their original packaging along with the printed return authorization slip.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
